Refund policy

• Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery 

• Shipping cost and a 5% restock fee will be deducted from your refund

• Net refund is issued to your original payment method after the returned items are in the store's possession 

• Returns are self service - you will need a Shopify customer account to initiate a return.
