Shipping policy

• Shipping cost will vary based on your location

• Once your order is in USPS (or other chosen carrier) possession, Midnight Oil is no longer responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. If you want to insure your package, you must purchase shipping insurance at checkout. Uninsured packages will not be refunded in the event of loss, theft, or damage. 

• If your insured package is lost, stolen, or damaged in transit (insurance is not valid for anything that happens after the package is marked as delivered), you will be responsible for filing a claim with USPS. Your insurance will be automatically associated with the tracking number included in your order confirmation email. Once your claim is processed, USPS will reimburse you directly.
